Yup ,because
a- it’s the Native Egyptian language
b- it helped Champollion and others to decipher the Other Egyptian writing systems like Hieroglyphic , Heiratic , And Demotic
c- there are many important materials written in it like
Coptic liturgies, Christian Theological materials ,Apocrypha bibles , Egyptian History in Ptolemaic , Roman , Byzantine, and Islamic eras , philosophical , Gnostic , Paterology , and arts

well yes if you are
Egyptian , interested in Egyptology or Coptology , studying the history or Theology or both of the 1st churches
Or just feeling like to do so .

support UTF-8 which includes the Coptic Language
so it’s easy to read just install a Coptic TTF ( True Type Font )
and here is some Coptic fonts

c:\windows\fonts in Windows as administrator
/usr/share/fonts/TTF in Linux as root
in Mac use this app font book to install the fonts
in android install the fonts using this app font manager (require root )
IOS (I phone) I do NOT know because I don’t have one , but I think Google will help you better

in Opera >settings>Advanced>customize fonts >> standard font : chose a Coptic one I prefer Arialcoptic.ttf
in Firefox : edit >preferences > fonts and colors >advanced>proportional > and chose the font you like
in chrome : settings>customize fonts>standard font and chose what you like
